Here's what you can do for us:
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies for market development and create an annual business plan to achieve set sales expectations
- Manage, support and service customers in the waste market and obtain regular feedback from the customer
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with customers that form the basis for strong, ongoing relationships and revenue growth
- Establish and maintain an ongoing relationship with key individuals at customer sites
- Maintain knowledge of key customers in the market and customer related activities
- Monitor competitors' activities in the market in terms of pricing, sales and marketing activities
- Develop sales leads, prepare quotations, assist in the processing of customer orders
- Co-operation with national distributors and agents
- Providing regular reports on sales activities (customer visits, test versions, project lists; in CRM)
- Organise and support trials in our test centre (Pulheim site, Germany)
- Provide technical training to customers as required
- Participate in trade fairs, technical conferences and presentations
You bring with you:

Degree in engineering (B. Eng., M. Eng., or similar) in relevant course of studies -
With a technical background of 3 to 5 years, you have solid and recognised experience in waste or plastics processing, plant engineering or comparable -
Experience in MS 365 and related software -
Fluent Arabic and very good communication skills in written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage -
High level of commitment, focus driven and team oriented -
Willingness to travel 50-70% of working time, otherwise work is done in the home office -
Willingness to participate in regular technical trainings (also in Germany for some weeks) -
Willing to make regular visits to Germany for customer trials and training -
Current Driver’s license and own car -
