Here's what you can do for us:

Reporting to the Head of Regional Sales, you will define and deploy your strategy to develop and sustain sales of metal sorting solutions in Spain and Portugal:
  • You explore business opportunities, identify potential accounts and address key decision makers;
  • You develop and maintain long-term business relationships of trust and partnership with your customers;
  • You analyze their needs and look for the best technical solutions, in a consulting dimension;
  • You manage the tender, pricing and negotiation phases;
  • You ensure the transversal coordination of projects up to the commissioning phases, working in close collaboration with all technical services: design office, production, logistics, after-sales service, etc.;
  • You animate your network and represent the company at professional events;
  • Finally, you are on the lookout for market developments and exchange opportunities and best practices with your counterparts.

You bring with you:

  • Successfully completed engineering studies or comparable experience
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales of technical solutions for industrial processes. Ideally in the field of sorting, recycling and/or treatment of metals
  • Strong technical experience (project development manager, account manager...)
  • Your curiosity and sense of technology, combined with your active listening, allow you to understand and analyze the needs of your customers and provide the best solutions in a dimension of consulting and service
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships characterized by closeness and trust
  • Independent and structured way of working with the motivation to build up and develop your own business independently
  • assertiveness, responsiveness and reliability
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
